My colleagues and I had the pleasure of attending a function at the Raffles Dubai ballroom on May 15th. The experience exceeded our expectations, and we had a wonderful time. The ballroom provided a refreshing and conducive environment for our meeting. I would like to express my gratitude to the security Mr. Kiran and Mr. Viki (if I recall their names correctly) for their professionalism and courteous treatment during the event. Their contributions greatly enhanced our experience.

Coming into an unfamiliar city can be intimidating, but from the moment we stepped out of our taxi, the service at Raffles put us at ease. We were able to check in early so we were relaxing and enjoying the comforts of our stay within half an hour. The breakfast selection was vast, fresh and delicious, with many made-to-order options. The coffee was exceptional. In the Club lounge we enjoyed afternoon tea and later in the evening a buffet of hot and cold items was served. Our first day in Dubai we never left the comfort of the hotel and everything we ate and drank was included in our room rate. When we were ready to venture out the concierge desk gave us a catalogue of options and helped us book our choices. We also enjoyed the pool during our stay which was pleasantly refreshing (not overly warm in the Dubai heat) and service was available for anything we wanted. After coming in from a two-week cruise we thought we'd had the best of our trip. Raffles upped our experience and ended our trip on an absolute high note.

Security guard Vincent in the hotel lobby was so helpful, friendly and welcoming me always when I stayed at raffle and other staff members were really nice as well. The rooms are spacious and very quiet all the time. The mall was nearby, within walking distance.

One of the perfect hotel, I visited my friend who was staying in this hotel but it was unforgettable experience for me, I gonna mention one staff called Vincenti Security Man (sorry for the name spelling) but he is well trained, courteous and helpful. The room are spacious, the bathroom were neat and clean. Coming to the breakfast it was super and delicious,and the staff at the breakfast area that are so friendly. I will return very soon along with my family to stay in this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Dubai. Though it is more of a business hotel, it has a number of good leisure facilities, including a very nice pool with a good view on the city. I was booked in a room with access to the executive lounge and it was excellent. The views are not that great but the service and the food and beverages are excellent . Angel and Betty in the lounge were amazing. The rooms are spacious and have a wonderful bathroom. I really enjoyed the service level here. The concierge was nice enough to get me ticket for the sold out museum. Thanks to an amazing concierge Ashpak. Overall a highly recommended place to stay. You are connected to a mall in case you need any items. You are also about 20 minutes drive from the Burj Khalifa.
